Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition of items
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other marks
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned: items marked "Final Sale," and any product returned in a used or damaged condition.
How to start a return
- Email support@beavercedarpoint.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
