Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping times & rates (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Shipping rate: $4.95 flat rate
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@beavercedarpoint.com.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to us — we're happy to help investigate.
